Common questions about lighting design for Madrid flats.
No. Luz Quietud is a design studio. We produce lighting plans, fixture schedules and dimming specifications. Your electrician or contractor handles supply and installation. We can recommend Madrid suppliers if needed.
A typical plan (from €720) includes scene diagrams, fixture positions, beam angles, colour temperature notes, dimming curves and an electrician brief. We review the room on site or from your floor plans and photos.
Yes. We collaborate regularly with Madrid interior studios, aligning lighting layers with furniture layouts, joinery details and material palettes before construction begins.
Surface-mounted changes in shared façades or common areas may require approval. We flag anything that affects neighbours or building exteriors and can prepare documentation for your comunidad de propietarios.
We match the protocol to your budget and electrician's familiarity—leading-edge, trailing-edge, 0–10V, DALI or wireless where appropriate. Every specification includes driver location and load calculations.
After the initial review, a full flat scheme (from €2,100) typically takes two to three weeks depending on room count and revision rounds. Premium whole-home projects (from €4,400) may include mock-up sessions and post-install tuning.
We cover most districts within the M-30 and selected areas beyond. See our Areas page or contact us with your address to confirm coverage.
The €160 review fee is credited toward any commission above €720 if you proceed within 60 days of the visit.
We are happy to discuss your flat by phone or email before booking a review.
